No. Many clients are not home. We follow your access instructions.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment provided. Product preferences accepted during intake.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Heartland Home Cleaning is fully insured and bonded.
How do I request a cleaning?
Click “Request a Cleaning” on website → fill short intake form → we confirm details and schedule.
Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning?
Depends on scheduling and cleaner availability. Note urgent requests in intake form.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Contact within 24 hours and we’ll address it promptly.
How is pricing determined?
Based on home size, condition, service type, and requested add-ons. Pricing confirmed before appointment.
Do you clean apartments, condos, and houses?
Yes. Apartments, condos, townhomes, single-family homes.
How far in advance should I book?
At least a few days ahead, especially for deep cleans or move-in/move-out services.
What areas do you serve?
Des Moines and surrounding areas: West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Johnston, Waukee, Altoona.
